Hours of Operation
With a Gold Support contract, a Technical Support team is available to assist you during business hours. Business hours are defined as 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Eastern Time Monday through Thursday, and from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time on Friday.
Platinum Support customers are able to receive Emergency Technical support from on-call Technical Support Representatives 24 x 7 x 365. "Emergency" is defined as unable to fully process M.O.M. orders.
Software For Life Support customers are able to receive Emergency Technical support from on-call Technical Support Representatives 24 x 7 x 365. "Emergency" is defined as unable to fully process M.O.M. orders.
Support is provided via built-in "Help" within M.O.M. and within our content rich Knowledgebase, filled with articles and videos. Our Support Site also contains program updates, shipping updates and miscellaneous utilities and is always accessible with a valid support contract.

Service Level Goals
During business hours our target response time for full system down emergencies is 1 hour. Our target response time for general questions is 8 business hours. During non-business hours, our target response time for emergency issues is 2 hours.
Logging in to the Support Portal
Only clients with a current Freestyle Solutions support contract are allowed to access the online technical support and download site. Please enter the requested information above and click the Verify button.
Your M.O.M. System License Number can be found in the Help pull down menu on your main M.O.M. screen (choose 'About M.O.M.' and the license number is on the License Information tab.)
The zip code entered above must match the first 5-digits of the zip code that is on file at Freestyle Solutions. This may be found on support renewal notices, packing slips, letters from Freestyle Solutions, etc.
