If you see 'Not secure' in the browser for your SiteLINK store, it may not apply to all pages, and your SSL may still be valid. This article explains why you may see the message and steps to eradicate it which may be a joint effort between your local IT, third party web developer, M.O.M. and SiteLINK Support if you don't meet the minimum requirements.

Beginning May 1, 2018, SiteLINK servers will have TLS 1.0 and 1.1 disabled. Clients will receive notices with the scheduled date for this disablement.

If your SSL expires, shoppers will not be allowed to access secure pages, and thus unable to checkout. You will not be able to download orders through M.O.M. as well. Don't let this happen!

If youre a SiteLINK user, chances are good that youve heard about the publishing improvements in the latest version of SiteLINK, 7.3. With the new menu option in M.O.M under Self Service Portal, there is the ability to contact support. Clicking on the email address will prompt Outlook to open an email with the email address you clicked on already in the To section. If Outlook does not do this for you when you click on the email address, this KB article will help in setting up Outlook to respond accordingly.
